Instructor-led Classroom Training Overview
Although each individual has their own preferred method of learning, instructor-led classroom training is widely accepted as the best to learn complex computer and technology topics. Those taking computer and technology training through instructor-led classroom training benefit from a multidimensional learning including lecture, demonstration and practice.

This curriculum supports the business users at all moments of need, including when wanting to learn more, when trying to remember or apply skills, when things change or when things go wrong.

Remote Learning Overview (IILLO)
Also known as IILLO (Itplanit Instructor-led Live Online) Classroom -This unique approach leverages key technologies to provide the full classroom experience to any remote location. Training is delivered in the standard instructor-led training format on consecutive days.

Remote students will be able to hear the instructor's lecture and see the instructor's slide presentation, demonstrations and whiteboard work, as well as perform labs by remotely controlling the in-classroom student computer. The instructor will also be able to take control of the student’s in-classroom computer to assist them with any lab work.

Remote Learning offers students the benefits of our broad local schedule from wherever they choose to learn.

Remote Learning Capable
This class has the capability of being delivered via Remote Learning but is not currently scheduled with remote technology. Please email or call 1.877.842.9772 to request that this class date be delivered via remote learning. We try our best to accommodate requests to include this technology as a learning method.

The Student Experience:
The same familiarity of instructor-led classroom-facilitated training.
The instructor’s slide presentation, desktop, demonstrations, and whiteboard works just like it would for a local student.
Full conversational capabilities with the instructor and other remote students attending the class.
Labs are conducted during the class time with the required assistance from the instructor. Labs are also available after hours until the last day of class.
The total class size is limited to the same number of students as the normal instructor-led classroom, and classes will have both local and remote students in attendance.
The instructor can monitor student progress and provide assistance when needed.
Students will receive all course materials, course manual and access to supplemental resources provided by the instructor. (Whitepapers, best practice guides, etc.)
