As the CRTC’s Learning Coordinator I would like to be added to Itplanit Services’ roster of satisfied clientele. In 2006 I engaged Itplanit Services Corp. (Itplanit) to provide computer software training classes for CRTC employees and I am pleased to be able to recommend this company.

All contact with Itplanit agents has been pleasant and exemplary from a service perspective. Foremost, I am persuaded of agents’ efforts to accommodate our specific needs. This is evidenced by their follow up. When one participant declared in the feedback at the end of the course that she had not been able to grasp the content she was contacted by the company and offered additional one-on-one training at no charge.

Without exception, Itplanit’s instructors have impressed me with their flexibility. Feedback from participants has reiterated this. Participants have judged instructors to be innovative in their teaching methods and noted their ability to address each participant’s particular concerns without compromising the pace and interest-level for all participants.

I am renewing our contract with Itplanit for another year.

I would like to pass on a huge “THANK YOU!” to both George Lobo and Claude Gérin.
The excellent teaching has positively helped me to expand my “IT” repertoire, and will benefit me greatly from now on. 
I found the staff very amicable and the resources excellent.
I wanted to emphasize that Claude has been an exceptional teacher, both inspirational and educational.
George has been excellent at communication, and facilitating my learning experience.
